Job responsibilities

Job Purpose

Responsible for following up on maintenance programs, trouble shooting for clients and providing general and specific servicing including ensuring customers understand general maintenance and operations of equipment. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Specialist in HVAC equipment and commissioning of HVAC systems. 
  • Plan the commissioning tasks ensuring all commissioning requirements are captured in the Completions System 
  • Liaise with other departments such to facilitate efficiently completing all commissioning tasks 
  • Ensure the Commissioning scope, pre-commissioning checks and documentation are carried out, meeting Manufacturer, Class and client requirements 
  • Coordinating, planning and execution of all commissioning activities facilitating safely achieving acceptance within the assigned budget and in accordance with the project master schedule 
  • Preparation, verification and validation of commissioning procedures 
  • Coordinating the compilation of the final Commissioning reports
  • Reports progress, performance, issues, and challenges to Service Manager
  • To understand & resolve issues related to installation & operation of Chillers
  • To carry out preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment & systems.
  • Good understanding of measuring & testing instruments & their application.
  • To ensure appropriate selection of replacement parts, raising spares & consumables requisition as per company procedures for repair & maintenance work. 
  • To maintain & update customer database, service reports, equipment history periodically.
  • Provide customers with telephone / email support for startup or trouble shooting and rectify faults
  • Assisting the customer in selection of correct spare parts required for the equipment supplied
  • Review and ensure warranty obligations are fulfilled
  • Provide training to user / dealers in the operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment
Education Qualifications: HVAC Diploma or Degree
Experience -
  • 8-10 years of experience in HVAC Service industry
  • Background in HVAC installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning.  
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical components of Centrifugal and Screw Chillers. Centrifugal Compressors overhauling expertise.
  • Knowledge of Project Completion standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria. 
  • Understanding of work planning, scheduling and tracking. 
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English 
  • Understanding of computer systems used for reporting, tracking & data acquisition.  

Nationality - Pakistani national or any other nationality which can travel to Pakistan for business purpose
